Presented with an opportunity to work on St. Johns Phase I and II in Arcadia Florida, our team sprung into action to help this assisted living facility, which is focused on providing seniors with lower incomes housing. We were happy to work together with the state of Florida to provide these budget friendly residences premium flooring!
This project consisted of installing flooring throughout one community center building and 16 residential buildings which include four one and two-bedroom units in each building. Our team installed 36,000 Square Feet of Armstrong VCT with Wood Base along with 15,000 Square Feet of Dal Tile semi-gloss wall tile, with premium adhesives, setting materials, and grout. We were happy to assist while keeping this project within budget and schedule which enabled the residents of this fine facility to begin to enjoy their new homes!
